Our Solution:
To address these challenges, we customized the ICA-3M Industrial Chiller for the client's specific needs:
Cooling Solution for Precision Control
· Cooling Capacity: The ICA-3M chiller, with 4.5 kW of cooling capacity, was configured to deliver -2°C output water and maintain 3°C return water, ensuring precise temperature management for the printing process.
· Temperature Control Accuracy: With a precision of ±0.1°C, the system ensured that the temperature fluctuations remained minimal, which is crucial for maintaining color consistency and quality during high-speed printing.

Wide Environmental Range
· The ICA-3M was designed to operate efficiently in environments ranging from -20°C to 44°C, offering flexibility and reliability, regardless of the external temperature variations in the printing facility.
